ProTwin Design
The raised, right auger moves material rearward to keep the load level. The left, lower auger moves material forward to continuously feed the discharge door.

Consistent Flow to the Discharge
The steep, slanted sides help provide a reliable material flow, continuously feeding material down to the augers. Combined with the unique auger design, this helps ensure constant delivery of material to the swinging hammer discharge.

Eliminates Bridging
The well-proven, twin-auger design eliminates material bridging. The two augers work together to create a bidirectional flow that provides constant agitation and steady movement, even with the most challenging materials.

Even, Consistent Spread Pattern
The SLC 132 & 141 models feature a wide, 18-hammer discharge for fast, efficient unloading of all material types. The wide, aggressive hammers effectively shear material and provide a consistent, even spread pattern. When the material enters the free-swinging hammer discharge, each forged-steel hammer swings down into the material, peeling it off, pulverizing it and slinging it underhand into an even, consistent spread pattern.

Lower Discharge Pan
Dropping sludge or other waste materials on the roadway is not acceptable. The hydraulically activated lower discharge pan available on the SLC 132 and 141 truck models not only prevents spillage but conceals the discharge area from public view.

Hydraulic Deflector
The ProTwin Slinger provides complete control of the discharge pattern with the easily adjustable hydraulic deflector. Spread from 3’ to 50’ to fit any application. The deflector is also essential in controlling the spread pattern on windy days.

Mechanical Drive Option: Good

• This is the base drive option
• Simple and reliable
• Ground speed and spreader operating speed are both directly tied to engine speed (RPM).

Hydrostatic Drive Option: Better

• Infinite variability of spreader speed
• Smooth spreader engagement
• Spreader speed can vary from engine/ground speed

Dual Hydrostatic Drive Option: Best

• Greatest versatility for operator
• Allows for leveling of load when filling by conveyor
• Allows independent control of hammer shaft speed vs. auger speed

Optional Features

Constant Speed Control
Automated control of hydrostatic systems to maintain constant speed of hammer shaft and augers.

Intraflow Auto Grease System
Eliminates the need for the operator to grease/lubricate the unit.

Scale System
SLC 132 & 141 truck models are available with a scale system. This scale system can be combined with the Digi-Star NT 560 Nutrient Tracker system that features GPS field mapping. This package allows easy monitoring and documentation of spreading activity.

Hydraulic Lid
The lid can be raised and lowered hydraulically and provides secure closure to haul slurry-type materials. While it is not completely water tight, it does an excellent job helping to contain semi-liquid materials without worry of spills during transport.
