The AeroSpread
throws material up to 200 feet horizontally, down ravines, up mountainsides,
and hard-to-reach areas such as dense timber and delicate growth
areas. Spread the following materials up to two cubic yards per
minute: biosolids, residuals, poultry litter, fly ash, paper mill
by-products, feedlot manure, lime, soil, sawdust, compost, and wood
chips. Used for many applications, including: reclamation of strip
mines; closing and daily capping of landfills; hillside and roadside
stabilization; and liming ponds.
The AeroSpread
and the 7020 are the only products on the market today that eliminate
frequent breakdowns and give the operator control over application
rates. Whether the material is applied by the pounds-per-acre or
by the tons-per-acre, all material is applied accurately without
leaving unmanageable chunks found with high-maintenance mechanical
machines. In addition, field tested and proven global positioning
is available to meet government requirements for record keeping
and reporting of environmental material application.
- Eliminate
large chunks and rescue your field from concentrated burn spots
by breaking up thick, chunky material, resulting in a uniform
spread pattern.
- The low-maintenance
three-bladed impeller eliminates the need for multiple hammers
found in manure-type spreaders that frequently snap off or wear
down.
- The AeroSpread
comes in body lengths of 13’, 15’ or 17’ and
is available in carbon or stainless steel for mounting on trailer,
truck or full flotation chassis.
- The in-cab
controls and driver-side sight gauge provide full operation of
the unit without leaving the cab.
- The hydraulic
deflection hood and conveyor operate independently to allow an
infinite number of settings with variable and controlled distribution.
- The self-contained
hydraulic system eliminates down time caused by sprockets, chains,
drivelines and U-joints.
- Optional
agitators provide a constant and even flow of material to the
conveyor.
